- 1 btl. LeccioMoro Maremma Toscana Rosso 2023 D.O.C. (unfiltered red wine, 750 ml)
- 1 btl. NubeRosa 2024 (white table wine, 750 ml)
- 1 btl. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (unfiltered, 100 ml)
- 1 jar Olive acqua e sale (olives water and salt, 180 g)

When the right time of day arrives, if a shout of “A tavolaaaa!” (= Everybody to the taaaable!”) rings out from the kitchen, everyone eagerly rushes in. On the table there are two nice dishes of pasta: Spaghetti and Fusilli, amongst the most popular classic shapes, dressed with Sugo Bombolino – made with tomatoes from the most recent harvest – and with vegan basil Pesto. A drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top of the pasta (and everything else!) is excellent for the flavour and also – let’s not forget – for our health. Along with the two pasta dishes there are also Olives – of the Bella di Cerignola variety from Puglia – plump, delicate, preserved in brine. And to “wash down” everything with flavour and aroma, there a two specially chosen wines: NubeRosa, a slightly coppery white that’s fresh, lively, soft and fruity, and the red LeccioMoro, intense and vigorous, like the land in which its grapes grow in La Vialla’s vineyards in the Maremma area.
